pak243 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on specific markets, events, or by specific accounts. This right extends to bets that have already been accepted where pak243 subsequently determines that a technical error, pricing error, or manifest error affected the acceptance.
A manifest error is a clearly obvious or palpable error in the odds or conditions under which a bet was accepted — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by data feed failures or human input errors. pak243 reserves the right to void bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. pak243 uses official data feeds for in-play markets; however, delays between live events and the data feed may occur. Bets accepted during such delays will stand provided they are within the accepted risk parameters for the relevant market.

Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all sports markets on the pak243 platform.
